I don't know where you are from but around Central
Europe the so called Epsom Salts is only used for
gardening. That means it is not purified to be taken
internally.

I asked Dr. Clark's assistant for clarification. The
refined form of Epsom Salt for cleansing or taken
internally should be "Magnesium Sulfate". There is
also another dietary supplements from Dr. Clark named
Magnesium Oxide (in capsules). If you experienced a
sharp, continuing pain under the right rib cage
beginning during the first half an hour after drinking
the flush, taking an additional 400-800 mg. of
Magnesium Oxide should release it but by no means
replacing the Epsom Salts which should be diluted in
water.
