Fermented foods contain it too - especially homemade sauerkraut. Also, lots of superfoods contain B12.

Some hardcore long-term rawwies maintain that eating just a pinch of dirt (yeah, dirt ;) gives anyone all the b12 they need. Some add it to their salads. Just a wee pinch every once in a while - more than a smidge would probably make you sick. I'm not advocating that you do this, just passing along what I've heard. All produce comes from dirt anyway, so it really isn't all that much of a stretch. I myself have not added any dirt to my food yet, but who knows?
