God made it possible for all animals to get into the Ark. And then God made it possible for the bacteria to disappear from whatever rotted vegetation was left when the land dried so they didn't all die from food poisoning. And God made it possible for the Ark to dock somewhere all the Ark inhabitants could get out safely and get down the mountain. So as long as you have God you can give any facile explaination you want.

The problem there is that there isn't any proof required, but it's interesting to read.
