The problem I see with the Golden Flax seeds is that they may have a higher oil content then the brown ones but they were also a hybrid seed.
I have seen these crackers in a health food store the other day. I did not buy them for two reasons. First they were the Golden Flax seed and second, the seeds were whole. Chances are that when you eat them you will not get any real benefit from them because you will not digest the seed. If you eat them, check your next BM and see if you are not passing the whole seed. If the seeds were turned into a flax meal first it might make a difference on ones ability to digest them. But even if they were I would still have a problem in that the oil in them could be rancid. Once the shell is broken the oil begins to oxidize. I won't be buying those crackers from their site or in the stores.
