Re: LOL! big guy in sky theory

Just from my point of view, which is admittedly limited, it is made up in part from an era when my flower was given root in the late 50s and subsequently began it's evolution towards blooming during the 60s, a time I vaguely recall was somewhat dominated by the view of public discourse on the missing link to the theory of evolution; for all I know all these years later, having sat out most of the intervening discussions and theorising and whatnot, the issue has been solved somewhere along the way.... i dunno, but it at least was at one time a theory that suggests cell life evolved towards swimming up out of the oceans of primordial brew to walk the sandy shores towards life as an eventual human, with many stops along the way including life as ape and the apparent and subequent gap. This rooting of course occured for me during a time that included indoctrination of christian views that by the time of the teen stage of blooming in the early 70s left me of the belief/opinion that the missing link was the ultimate mindgame on us humans EDIT: played either by God OR those who for whatever motives are hiding and hanging on to THE version; can't prove it, no studies to back this up, just a belief/opinion that I formulated.

Yeah, lol, big white guy in the clouds, sort of reminds me of one of George Carlin's segments - the all knowing all omnipotent guy in the clouds who knows every thought and every action of every person.......who is also always asking for money..........an otherwise all powerful being...... just can't handle money..... but he loves you....... awwwwwwwwwummmmmmmm. Unless you're requesting a post that may tax the screen limits of curezone forum editor, don't ask me why but I do hold out faith in a God, not necessarily a faith like the one commonly portrayed and preached, and also one that's taught me it aint easy and rather thin ice to go on in trying to rationalize God.

I do not entirely fault christians or other faiths, many are studying from the only version of a bible that they know of or could otherwise get their hands on. Who has THE version anyway, the good one? Modern religions teach of supposed times and actual events from thousands of years ago, supposedly contributed to and written by some of the players and or observers also from and during the intervening thousands of years, but the modern world, like in america, is bound to a fairly recent version barely 400 hundred years old and this one from the sanctioned point of view of the british monarchy of the early 1600s, not necessarily the kind and quality of character from whom I prefer to take knowledge, unquestioningly, as gospel - consider this an effect of my late-stage of blooming ;) Who has the real version and how do I get my hands on a copy?
