seriously, you should raise hell

find a newspaper in the area and start calling. keep calling to you talk to a reporter and tell them what happened. also try contacting a local tv news station. getting the press on your side will get some action, complaining to fema will get you a headache. dont allow this crap to just happen, stand up and fight, you wil feel better even if nothing happens. that is my advice.
