Stange god-like weather anomalies:
The past 5-10 times the weather advisory calls for upwards of a 70-80% chance of snowfall overnight in the northeastern u.s, the temperature soars to 5-10 degrees above freezing point within an hour or two of nitial precipitation thus causing snowfall to turn to rain. Prior to the past 3-5 years it was unheard of for so many evenings in autumn and winter to have an overnight low temperature suddenly rise well above what the day time temperatures were.

And this is not a global warming phenomenon, as global warming does not pick and choose when and how to introduce warmer jet streams into specific geographical locations and in such meticulous, ordered patterns (nor does the "el nino effect") not to mention that it seems to coincide with potential snowfall each and every instance in the past 2 months. The air even feels almost strange to the subtle touch, as if it is conductive or thick with some kind of warming agent other than mere greenhouse emissions which for the most part would inhabit the upper atmosphere and do not bring such immediate anomolalies into effect.

Here are some excerpts from recent articles telling us that other's have taken notice of these strange patterns quite independently of one another which illustrates that the possibility of each observer experiencing a shared delusion is minimized:

You need to understand how the weather modification works. HAARP is a bunch of huge fields filled with antennas that heat up and latch onto the ionosphere. Once you have tapped into that massive amount of energy you need a way to lower it down to a level that can be controlled and you need to spread it. If you pay attention to Seattle WA radar you will see what I call "Fingers" coming off the radar. This radar is the most active in the US. Those "Fingers" are taping into HAARP's electrical influence. Those "fingers" are basically electrical lines that channel energy.

The next path for that is straight across to Great falls MT and down to Billings MT and then a direct root down the mountain range. Creating a wall of electricity...aka "Star Wars". Spend time and watch Billings, MT radar. Do a case study of this one! This radar sparks out fingers almost daily when you see the "mist" on Unisys Satellite repel. It is my belief that that is an electrical discharge. Why only this one and why so often? The Rockies are high up and that is how they channel the energy. many times you will see the isotopes latch on to that line from north to south. From there that energy can be used in many ways. A lot of electricity can be seen in the upper northwest, CONSTANTLY. If you don't have weathertap I suggest you get it because it shows the electricity in the air. This does fuel the fires in that region!

There is a House Resolution 2977 that you can read in the bottom menu of my site. It specifically talked about "chemtrails" and the control of space. In fact Dennis Kucinich was recently asked about chemtrails and he stated that "they are real"

It is good to be skeptical but that is why I made my site. To put pure fact in front of your nose and my findings. If after all that you don't believe, hey that's fine by me. I'm convinced. George Washington himself won a battle by attacking in the dead of winter so weather has always been a key for military. Last week St. Petersburg Russia had its 100th anniversary. I have documents and stories on my site in which PUTIN point of fact said that they were going to control the weather so that it is not raining. Same with China and their "Brown Cloud"

keep in mind it is this admin and those put into position that have had the wet dream of "Star Wars" To control space! If you think missile defense is a "bullet to bullet" technology then we better all kiss our asses good bye if a missile comes at us. That is prehistoric thinking! "Star Wars" and missile defense is an electrical field above your head...ala Tesla! Only problem is that missiles are not an occurrence so they have settled in on screwing around with the weather.

The anomalous weather worldwide is not accidental. In superpotential theory, which was initiated by a paper by E.T. Whittaker in 1904, it is possible to produce EM force fields and force field energy at a distance. Whittaker 1904 showed that all EM fields and waves can be decomposed into two scalar potential functions. It follows that, by assembling two such scalar potential functions in beams, one can produce a "scalar potential interferometer" where the potential beams intersect at a distance. In that interference zone, ordinary transverse EM fields and energy appear.

A scalar potential is also just a harmonic assembly of bidirectional longitudinal EM wavepairs, as shown in a paper by E.T. Whittaker the year before, 1903. So one can produce the necessary longitudinal waves, in arrays, to "assemble" a scalar potential with any desired interior LW composition.

Thus by using longitudinal EM waves (LWs), one can produce potentials, fields, and waves to order.

It turns out that a longitudinal EM wave, since it cannot vary transversely a priori, cannot vary its 3-spatial energy density. Instead, it must vary in the time domain. What results is that one has created an oscillation of the curvature of spacetime, when one makes a longitutinal EM wave.

Now one can engineer clusters of ST curvatures, by proper assembly of LWs. This is a very powerful general relativity, because the strong EM force is being used as the agent of ST curvature. This particular EM GR does not appear in the textbooks, but has been utilized by the Russian KGB in clandestine weapon development since the 1950s.


Electronic Weather Control: Why It Doesn't Rain Much Anymore

Have you noticed how it¹s not raining much again; how most of the weather fronts that have managed to come through this season have been dissipated and broken up? Have you noticed the occasional weird cloud shapes that appear with the few fronts that do manage to pass by? And how the jet stream has been forced North again? How high pressure ridges continue to dominate the Southwest?

Some say the rain is being turned on (last year) and off (during the preceding 7-year drought and again this season) by an irritated and vengeful God. In reality, however, it is Man who is playing God and doing the dirty work. None of this is illusory or accidental, for there is powerful and compelling evidence that the bizarre weather patterns of recent years have been - to a very large degree - engineered, controlled, and influenced by both the Russian and American governments. To those of you familiar with the work of the supermind of Nikola Tesla, the following will not come as much of a surprise.

On the Fourth of July, 1976, the former Soviet Union began broadcasting huge, pulsed electromagnetic fields from three gigantic 40-million watt transmitters which beamed those signals halfway around the world to the U.S. This electronic assault disrupted and jammed radio and television broadcast signals, enraged the FCC, and irritated ham radio operators, who quickly dubbed the signals 'The Russian Woodpecker,' because of their pulsed cadence.

To date, the Russians have completed nearly 30 of the huge transmitters which emit signals primarily in the very dangerous 10-Hertz range, otherwise known as Extreme Low Frequency (ELF). The technology is based on the brilliant work of the peerless electrical genius, Nikola Tesla. So, what exactly does the 'Russian Woodpecker' do and how does it do it? Consider the following:

These 'Tesla' transmitters create massive 'standing' ELF waves that form major high pressure 'blocking systems' that change the normal high altitude jet stream pattern, force it to the north, and actually retard the normal flow patterns of incoming weather systems. Ever notice the television weather satellite pictures showing the jet stream pushed north and a big stationary high pressure blocking nearly every major rain system that approaches the southern half of California?...

Scientists would be happy if they learned one thing from this (seven year) drought: What causes the massive high pressure system to build up just off the California coast and stay there, like a double-parked delivery truck in rush-hour traffic, pushing storms to the north?
