Definately not the way the catholic church uses dogma. Dogma and doctrine are two seperate things to show the difference between what God said and what man said. I don't know if it was always that way, but it is the way I was taught. So, using that def. of dogma, a forum without dogmatic religion would be a forum where views, rules not coming directly from God would not be accepted. A good example, I wouldn't push eat fish on friday or be a heathen! (Hehehehe) That puts things from human to divine, not easier but a little bit more defined.
