Thanks for asking! Yes, I take it right before sleep, but I also need additional supplements. It really does help my moods, though. Actually, the particular supplement I take has potassium in it, too. I take Relora while awake - it's calming, but doesn't make me sleepy. I also take DMAE for sleeping, and occasionally 5HTP. Sometimes I take antihistamines, a Benadryl-type, if I feel the histamines are keeping me awake.
