I've cured anxiety with weight lifting


I had a bad case of a nervous stomach probably triggered by stress. I couldn't go out to eat with others because I would worry about getting nauseous (i would often actually have to go to the bathroom to get sick). Even with my parents I wouldn't feel good.

You know what cured it? Lifting weights. It is a miracle cure. I do a full body routine focusing on squats, bench presses, and weighted pullups.

Amazing outlet for stress and my anxiety is gone!
