Re: Panic attacks and DHEA

I know that dhea worked for me but I already have a mustache! lol! I have heard those same concerns from women and have noticed that a lot of these successful studie where done exclusively with women! I would imagine the goal is to replace normal levels of dhea in the body I suppose to high levels could cause hormonal imbalance ! I dosed at normal levels for a couple of months then eased off and now use dhea only when I feel stressed! I also believe the combo of the two ,dhea and melatonin is preferable! I 've been taking both on and off for years and yes I do have a mustach and a beard but I am a man! lol!
Dhea is the hormone responsible for controlling the fight or flight response and shutting down these responces when danger has passed! Its the inabilty to control these that cause the imbalance of certain chemical release and I believe the sulphor based offspring of dhea-dhea s is responsible for mopping up these over produced fear responce chemicals!
