ongoing skin problems

I am writing on behalf on my girlfriend, who has real skin problems, she is taking all sorts of herbs, olive leaf extract, spiriluna, silica, maca, MSM, P/B shakes, but her skin is just getting worse and worse. This has gone on for two months now and she is getting more and more frustrated. She did one liver flush, a while back but broke out in a blister rash on her face and therefore no longer wants to do them. Can anyone suggest what she should do, she is not too keen on doing liver flushes, colonics of kidney flushes...any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

She has had skin problems for 15 years and been on antibiotics for 10 years, her skin problems seem to be hornonal based.
