Red rash on side of face?

Hi,
About 3 months ago now i developed this red patch of skin on the right side of my face it has peeled completely twice and now it is this really red patch. It is sensitive to hot temperatures and it will look its worst after having a shower (really red) and at its best in the morning.
It bugs me juring the day aswell like it dosent itch but i know that it is there, it is really irritating.
Is there any thing that i can do?
I use 100% emu oil on it to keep it moist but it is just recking my life. :(
