as far as i know Comfrey cream is the best healer of scars and wounds that there is.The Borage cream that I make has helped some people with acne and will certainly decrease the redness and swelling, bathing the face with chammomile,(a natural antibiotic,) will help cleanse aeway infection.
I hope you find a sollution soon.
