I am still very sick from the gastric bypass. I go to the hospital every couple of weeks to keep my body going because I can't take anything by mouth. Like I said, I'm not against the surgery itself, but I think people who are going to have it need to realize that they could have complications for months, years, or the rest of their life. I really wanted the surgery to work, but I guess, like fad diets, there is no easy answer when it comes to weight loss. Please encourage your friends who are considering the surgery to look at all the possibilities, not just the ones the surgeon gives, because my surgeon never told me about the complications I am having. ~Blessed Be ~Alicia Tweet
