I tried it yesterday, and it turned out ok. I go grocery shopping once a week, and i buy a bunch of bananas for the whole week. But after the 4th day they start turning brown. So after 4 days i put the rest in the freezer to preserve them, lol. I tried the first frozen one this morning. It took a while to remove the peel. The longer they thaw, the more mushy they get. I used them in a smoothie, so the texture wasn't important. The avocados keep well in the fridge.
