Cansema ?????

Cansema, has anyone heard of this stuff for the treatment of skin cancers? If so does this actually work ? I just read up on it and it seems too good to be true. Also what about oxygenated olive oil ? what is that used in treatment for exactly, says gingivitis and other things but i cant find out how to use it for gingivitis.
