Re: the crime against raw milk

Mr. Eliason is absolutely correct in assertions. I am a dairy husbandry graduate of Fresno State College. I had my own dairy for years. My three children were raised on raw milk and free range eggs. Three healthier kids you never saw.

Here in southern California, we used to have wonderful Altadena Dairy, a source raw milk and raw butter. They were unmercifully harassed by the "health" department and shut down periodically. Eventually they gave up producing raw milk.

I took one year off before graduating from college and worked for Carnation in their plant in Los Angeles. There I saw what they did to milk to clean it up! No wonder it had to be pasturized!

Raw milk from healthy cows is a great food and one that ought to be accessible to every family.
