I'd like to share my raw food experience and how it has changed my life. My name is Allen and I just went "Raw" on January 27th of 2002. Although it hasn't been long I've lost 41
pounds since then and I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall health. I'm new to the raw food lifestyle and I don't claim to be an expert on it. Going raw has made such a positive change on my life in a short period that I just have to share my experience with you.
Some benefits include:
More energy, no longer tired and drained, easy to get up and out of bed in the morning.
Acid Reflux Disease cured. No longer have to take the prescription drug Nexium for it.
Better mental health and overall increase in positive attitude.
Healthier weight than before and still improving.
Improved skin condition.
General overall feeling of improved health.
The downside:
Had to buy new smaller clothes. The old ones are too big to fit well.
How did I do it? By going on the raw food diet. What is the raw food diet? It's a diet where you eat all you want of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish, and eggs. It's that simple. You don't go hungry as with traditional diets where you're trying to limit your intake of food.
