There's a few different types of miso, but none are really anything you would want to eat by itself.
There are loads of recipes on the web, for soups or stirfry's and such.
I read somewhere that chinese or Asian stores stock several varieties, so that might be worth checking out!!
I may well do the same!!The eye bright remedy is something I don't really wan t to try, it sounds horrible, but fair play if you do use it.!!!
