Bump in my armpit - what is this?Lipoma?

I have found a small bump in my right armpit - it is very painful. I had periodic pains in my armpit before but couldn't feel any bump and pain would go away next day. This time I felt a bump and pain doesn't go away for 2 days now.
I have done 4 Liver Flushes as I had gall stones - passed about 30 medium sized stones 2 big ones and lots of "green stuff".

Can it be a lipoma? Or just a reaction of the body to the liver flushes?
I would greatly appreciate your suggestions and thoughts.
