What you described could be any of a couple situations: 1) if you did not intentionally set up this computer so that others could log onto it, you may in fact have a security breach; 2) this could be just one from the gazillion typical ms-windows glitches, just download the next lebenty billion gigs worth of "patch" and this may resolve the problem; 3) it's possible that the store you bought this computer from, especially if from a reseller of the bigger names like Dell/Gateway, configurred the system (for reasons only known to them) for some type of hidden or maintenance account that they forgot to delete before shipping. These example are in order from most likely to least likely and just a guess without being in front of the computer to see what's happening. Depending on the version of OS, you can possibly enable/install some included MS-utilities like Net Watcher or System Monitor to see if this provides any additional clues to "users" who may be logged onto your computer.
