liver disease?

Hello, I'm 25 years old and 5 years ago I was very sick: I came back from a travel to Portugal and I had high liver values, I vomited a lot and had diarhea. They did some tests and I was hepatitis C +, but because they couldn't find the virus they said it was fals +. But from that moment I was very often sick and they didn't know the reason.
