help in translating some medicines

Interesting I but have no idea what this has to health. I had logged on here hoping for some help in translating some medicines being given to my step-daughter in Egypt, to English so we can truly know what is going on with her and to find out if there may be something better we could get to her. I am so disappointed the only other posting in this forum is another "we've got it so bad" posting. If there is someone out there who knows how to translate the names of medications and/or vitamin supplements from Arabic to English, please post. Thank you
