symtoms of Pancreatic Cancer

I just heard that my friend died of pancreatic Cancer. I have heard so many that have had this and the 1st. and only symtom was that felt full and did not want to eat or gagded on their food when they did eat. Why do not Drs. recognize this as a symtom? and when the jaundice start it is too late. get the word out. Tweet
