Here's one.

There is an environment outside the body like the weather. And there is an environment inside the body like if you have enough blood or too little.

The environment does not affect all groups equally.
People are put in groups because there is something(s) that differentiates one group from the other. Otherwise we'd be all one group. If you put the Olympic althletes (one group) in the great outdoors in Alaska in a tee shirt and shorts in the beginning of winter (20 to 30 degrees) along with some elderly people (another group) also in tee shirt and shorts, which group would live longer? I think the group of elderly people would begin to die off in great numbers in the cold, within a few hours or days, before the Olympic athletes began to die from the cold. If the environment affected all groups equally, the same numbers would be dead in the same amount of time which is not the case.

If your internal environment is exactly the same as another person's then the same stimulus from the environment with have the same effect on both persons. If they are slightly different then the effect experienced will be slightly different. Science is based on this. The SAME conditions produce the SAME results.
To say you have the same internal conditions present in two people or 10, and then get a different effect when the same stimulus is experienced is a logical fallacy. You not talking about Science anymore, but superstition.

The exception would be if by investigating further you found the person who experienced a different outcome had a different internal condition. But then all the people who had this person's same internal conditions would get the same effect as he did.
