Re: Sight Without Glasses

Try "eye squeezing"

Remember the first time you had an eye exam and when you tried to read the smallest line?

You closed your eyes and applied pressure to your eyeballs. The doctor or nurse immediately said do not do that - it is bad for your eyes. They lied.

I am pushing sixty and can read fine print in dim light. 20 years ago I was having a hard time reading and needed reading glasses. A friend recommended eye squeezing. I tried it and it works.

When I notice my eye sight changing I close my eyes and squeeze hard two or three times. After reading the above great post, what may be happening is the act of squeezing may in fact cause the eyes to relax afterward.
