People should be aware that Nician may cause a Reaction in some. They call it a flush.
In my case it was more than a flush. I cant recall the dosage but I am sure it was not over the normal amount. After taking Niacin my finger tips started with a tingling hot sensation. It slowly spread through out my body. It felt as if my insides were on fire. I was jumping up and down, fanning myself and finally jumped into a tub of cold water.
I called the health food store and they said this is normal for some. If you should experience the same thing do not be afraid. You will have to take something else containing niacin instead.
