My favorite acv

It seems to me that it is filtered but not distilled otherwise it would not have some of the mother left. It is fine to drink. I would certainly have no problems using it in a bath and if it was all that was available, I would use it my daily health drink with carrot juice or some type of strong fruit juice, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and usually a dash of cayenne and or turmeric. I sometimes add crushed up cilantro or a drop of wild oregeno oil if I feel something coming on. I have not been sick for a day since I started taking apple cider vinegar with other herbs and spices. One time I felt a little body ache starting up that I thought might be a flu but and I took all of the above plus I amped up on vitamin C and made some boneset herb tea(also called comfrey, knitbone, Snake Root, and blackwort). It knocked it out in minutes.

Take a hot bath with 2 cups of the vinegar but I would drink a few glasses distilled water with unrefined Sea Salt for the best results. The Water Cure may also be a good reason why I never get sick?

I would not fear using a little vinegar in a bath even if it was Heinz. I would try adding other things to my bath and drink lots of distilled water as a kind of trial and error deal. Do what works for you. I hope the best for you on your journey to perfect health. Give it a try and see if it helps. It sure will not hurt. It may burn a little bit when you first get in the bath but if you are that sensitive then you might try a foot bath to get used to it first.
