do you make your pineapple vinagar by just adding a few chunks of the fruit to the acv? i have tried that and it worked great, i was just wondering if there is a nother way to do it. do you think the enzymes from the pineapple survive in the acv? and how much of the pineapple do you put in? i am new to acv but i am really enjoying it so far and am learning a little about it all the time. i put it in all my fresh juices and its great.
