Braggs is "alive"

My understanding is that Braggs brand apple cider vinegar is a "live" fermented product, as is yogurt, kefir, fresh pickles, fresh sauerkraut, and other such foods that have active microbial cultures in them. It is enzymatically a very active substance, and my understanding is that these fresh living enzymes are very healing. You can not get the same effect from regular apple cider vinegar from an ordinary grocery store, because these products are pasteurized (treated with high heat to prevent spoilage).

Fresh pressed apple cider is also a living juice with active enzymes, as is any fresh squeezed vegetable or fruit juice.

The fermentation process results in Braggs being a very potent healing substance which I have heard is useful for encouraging health under a variety of health circumstances.
