Re: ACV Could it be acidic? Could it be Alkaline?
Correction needed on this subject.
Agree-- pure raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar is no relation to the acidifying, dead pasteurized stuff.
About this:
"Take one fresh Lemon..."
here you have the 'Master Cleanser' in the form that's easiest for most; especially good for those with blood
Sugar issues, pre-diabetics, and so on.
If you like the taste and the effects of ACV in a glass of water, you will love
pineapple vinegar, made with (it has to be repeated) the real ACV. You just add pureed pineapple to a jar of ACV -try half andd half- and keep out of the light, in a cupboard you go into a lot. Shake at least once daily, and after 10 days to six weeks, (it gets mellower) strain through silk or unbleached coffee filters, and bottle up. Here you have all the benefits of ACV and the added digestive enzymes of the pineapple in a truly refreshing drink. Even kids love it. Some say it's like a very good wine -- but better!
