Re: Question
I have only been using ACV for little over a year, so I am no expert but I have done a lot of research about about ACV. ACV for me has relieved an upset tummy, knocked out allergies before they could take hold, made my hair healthy, and made my skin feel wonderful. I have not been sick at all since I started using ACV, so it is hard for me to say from persoanl experience if it is a Cure All but like I said, I have done a lot of research:

I think it is best to take 1 tablespoon, three times a day. I have told hundreds of people about it but I would say the results are mixed. Some people can't stand the taste. You have to figure out how to make it work for you. You might want to add it to your favorite herbs:

I drink ACV Braggs(with the mother)straight and it doesn't bother me. I would be be willing to try different brands but Braggs is pretty easy to find.
Some people are concerned about tooth enamel loss but I have never read even one person's post that said ACV damaged their teeth. If this is a concern, drink it thrugh a straw. In any case, ACV is not for everyone but for me, ACV is my main supplement. I also drink lots of apple juice so I must be hooked.
If I had something wrong with me, I would look seriously at seeing if ACV could balance my bodies PH. The most important thing is to listen to your body and not just your sour receptors... I hope it works for you. If you can get beyond the taste, it might be just what your body needs.
