I HAVE seen recommendations for sipping it throughout the day and also for drinking it with honey. I can well imagine it could eat the enamel off your teeth.

I don't think the original message is intended to put anyone off of taking acv, just to be careful of it on your teeth.

I also see people recommending brushing your teeth with hydrogen peroxide but I really wish somebody had warned me not to do it with mercury fillings. And some of the curezone readers (ok, me) get so excited about trying something we read about here that we do go overboard and need to see what can happen if we drink acv all the day.

I want to know all the benefits of acv but I also want to know the pitfalls. I want to know the benefits of Epsom Salts but I also want to know what will happen if I take two tablespoons and go to work.
