I have been researching ACV for a few months now and I have come across several posts on the internet that have said ACV is good for allergies. Some of them say only two or three teaspoons a day until the allergies cease and another said that you have to take quite a bit more at first to knock it out. I would also consider adding carrot juice and or cinnamon to your ACV Cocktail if it will help make it go down easier for you. I sometimes just slug it down without water though. Whatever you choose, I hope it works for you. Don't expect it to happen overnight but if it does you might be pleaently suprised. Go with organic ACV with the mother from your health food store. Be tough and take it for a few weeks. By then you will be a pro at it.
