You know, I'd like to know this as well.
It seems that very few (from this forum) had weightloss from it but it has been advertised to be able to do this. The one poster seemed to have very good results, but she hasn't updated recently.
I wonder if you lose weight because your digestive system begins working properly and threrfore burning fat more effeciently.
