Re: post cleanse, dark wrinkly circles around eyes

so, yesterday, after i wrote my first entry, but BEFORE i read any on yours, i decided "oh, a salt water flush will do me good!" so at 2:30, i drank a quart of warm salt water (blechk!) and went upstairs to lie on my right side. at EXACTLY 3:00 i awoke, eyes WIDE open, and ran to the bathroom. you know the rest, i won't gross anyone out with the details. but, i will say that i was QUITE suprised. i made about 10 trips to the bathroom in the next 2 hours. who knew there was that much in there? anyways, i tried, around 6:00, another glass of the lemonade, but cold this time. although i didn't find it "refreshing" as someone told me (i sure wish i did!) i did not find it quite as repulsive as i did when i drank it warm. a little before bed (maybe 10:30?), i steeped a cup of senna tea. i was so excited and looking so forward to it as the only 2 previous beverages/meals i'd had that day weren't so enjoyable. i gave it a little sqeeze of lemon and was quite suprised that it tasted like broccoli water. not that i drink broccoli water and not that there is even such a thing as broccoli water (except maybe the water that is left at the bottom of the pan when you steam a head!) but if there were, this is what it would taste like. but i was determined, so... onward!
that brings us to today. at about 8:30, i awoke to the same wide eyes that i awoke to yesterday after the salt water flush. only this time, i think i made it to the bathroom faster!
unfortunately, my next post will be titled "master cleanse SECOND first timer". we got a call shortly after 9 that my husbands other grandmother had passed away (the first passed 2 weeks ago) and we will be making a 12 hour trip to the funeral. there are all kinds of bad things to have to put up with on a 12 hour trip, but i must say the "goggy woggles" as we not so lovingly call them might just be the worst!!!
so, i picked up some bananas and will try again NEXT friday, so same time next week!
