Day six and feeling fine...
... even though I can't have wine! :)
Hello my fellow cleansers,
Ah, the sweet nectar of the lemonade awaits. I love maple syrup, which is one reason I love this cleanse. Without that I doubt I'd make it through...
Anyhow, I woke up to Day Six this morning feeling very mentally clear. I love feeling "awake" when I wake up - it is rare for me! I think my morning sluggishness comes from my caffeine addiction, which the
Master-Cleanse thankfully breaks.
I had some horrific head and lower back pain this time, worse than I can ever remember with detox symtpoms, and I've done three of these cleanses - this is my fourth. I have never done an enema, but probably should have around day three because I was in so much pain. In fact, I broke the fast temporarily because I couldn't deal with that pain. So technically maybe I'm still on day three? I'm going to say day six, because I jumped right back on, and I would hate to have to start over. Whatever. I'm riding this out.
I was only doing the tea because the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is so gross, but yesterday I decided the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) might help get me through what was left of the pain, I so I did both. The
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) really did help; I did it in the morning, and drink the tea every night.
I did exercise a couple of times, just for 20-30 minutes, on days two and four. I'm ready to go now, when I get off the computer, for a little run.
I finally told the girls at work because they had an Italian meal sent in on my day three and they know I love it - one out of three understands, one is slightly "worried" and one is VERY worried and has an emergency sandwich on standby in case she finds me "passed out" somewhere, whereupon she will shove that sandwich down my throat. Now whose worried? Hahahahahaha!
I've lost seven pounds. I could stand to lose a few more, but I'm happy. And I'm not doing this to lose weight, it's just a nice byproduct. :)
Happy cleansing - I'm looking forward to more and more energy as I
