It takes few cleanses to even come close to getting rid of the gunk in our systems, as well as the lousy habits we've developed/accumulated over the decades.
What worked for me is every post-cleanse/fast I have cut something I know is bad out of mylife.
I'm now dairyless, sugarless, meatless(30 years,now),junkfoodless...seafood will be the last to go...that may be tough...
There are so many wonderful foods at our avail and cutting out a few is actually unnoticable once you get past the mind set of craving ,whims and urges.
