It is a website put up by Dr Barry J Marshall who is credited with finding H pylori. There is a lot of information on that site plus a discussion forum. You will find a lot of information concerning treatment - pre-, during and post - treatment.

Dr BJM specifically mentioned that mastic gum does not eliminate H pylori when asked. He recommends a triple Antibiotic treatment over a period of 1-2 weeks. It seems that this treatment is 85% successful.
