loose bowels and sea salt flush

Loose bowels are good and actually normal. Hard formed bowels are what should be avoided. Hard bowels mean you're becoming constipated and your digestion is sluggish and/or your are not getting enough water.

My memory of what The Master Cleanser book says is that you can only use Sea Salt for the Sea Salt flush and to do it in the morning.

And as for bowel cleaning, every source I've read says that bowel cleansing take a long time, so you can't expect to do one week of bowel cleaning and expect to have strong healthy bowel functions. Some say it will take as long as a year of diligent attention to reverse a life time of bowel abuse. So as far as the gas and bloating, just keep cleansing, you've loosened up old compacted fecal matter, but you haven't cleaned it all out yet. Do you primarily get gas after you eat sugar, sweet foods, or junk food? If gas becames a real problem, you can take take more schulze bowel formula #1 to help absorb it.
