my 2 cents...

I suggest one or the other as far as cleansing goes...although some of the vets
(see R/N) swear by it...

it does sound like your gallblader...

I have ,though, while on the Master-Cleanse passed stones...

How many stones did you pass ?

good cue to break so you can get on w/you liver gallbladder
cleanses separately

way to go on 21!!! Great zone...sorry you are having discomfort...
