It is a symptom of magnesium deficiency.

Get some Epsom Salts from the Pharmacy, and take daily 1 tbsp of Epsom Salts with water or with freshly pressed apple juice or orange juice ...


You should take at least 1/2 tbsp of Epsom Salts every day.

Avoid refined foods, especially refined salt - get unrefined Sea Salt , and us it in your food....
