Re: mansruation problem
Mensruation problems are sign of poor health of reproductive organs.
Click on "Health" link (top of this page) and read it all.
Improving diet, cleansing and exercise are important part of health.
Being 26 and not having sexual life, pregancy, nursing, kids ... can also be an important cofactor in her problems.
In order to function properly, reproductive organs need a massage, need a workout, ... something that woman of 26 who has normal sexual life gets without even thinking about it.
Human body is "programmed" for sex, and from the age of 18 to the age of 45, sex is not only important for reproduction, it is also important for normal function of sexual organs.
The only way to override that program is to fast, and to meditate.
You will be surprised to find out that degenerative problems with reproductive organs occures most often between people abstinating from sex (priests, nuns, ...).
It's Not EASY To Fool Mother Nature!
Every time man and woman have sex, they are not only having joy, they are actually giving an extremely healthy massage and workout to their reproductive organs (ovaries, uterus, cervix, vagina, penis, testicles, prostate ...) and to all inner organs (GI tract, heart, lungs, kidneys ...).
Just as exercise can make your legs stronger and healthier, so is with sex, when it comes to health of reproductive organs...
A Butterfly’s Lesson
----------------------------------------------
"One day, a small opening appeared on a cocoon; a man sat and watched for the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole.
Then, it seems to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could not go any further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly: he took a pair of scissors and opened the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily.
But it had a withered body, it was tiny and shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would open, enlarge and expand, to be able to support the butterfly's body, and become firm.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a withered body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly."
What the man, in his kindness and his goodwill did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening, were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings, so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes, struggles are exactly what we need in our life.
If God allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we could have been. Never been able to fly.
