some questions on liver flush (1st timer)

hi, i'm planning to do my very first Liver Flush soon. i just finished a 10-day Lemonade Diet . how long do i have to wait before i can do the liver flush?

i'm going to use dr. clark's recipe. however, i have no idea what ornithine capsules are. are the capsules necessary? if yes, where can i purchase it? and is there any replacement to the capsule?
