Is it better to break when you are feeling good?

I'm on Day 14 (my original goal was 10). Up until a few days ago, I have sailed through my first Master-Cleanse with very few symptoms. In fact, I was concerned about how easy it was and posted a question to the forum about that. Later that morning, I found out just what I had been missing! I got dizzy, light-headed and just felt like crap. It has been three days and it hasn't eased up yet. My brain is so foggy that I can hardly function at work. My "eliminations" have been more frequent and productive, as well. I'm really struggling mentally too. I'm not craving food but all of a sudden I am just so ready to work my way back to eating again. I almost went to the store this morning to get oranges so I could start today but I talked myself out of it since I had already made up my lemonade for the day. Is it bad to break when I'm detoxing so heavily? I read that the detoxing process can continue during the break as well. I really need to stop by Saturday but I'd like to know for the next time I do this.
