cleanse ??

I have recently done both the Watermelon kidney cleanse and 2 wks. later, the liver/gall bladder "Coke" cleanse. I sat in the tub as directed in the first one, and found no sand or stones in the kidney cleanse. I found know yellow or other stones in the gall bladder/liver cleanse either. I am a 47 year old female. Is this typical?? If there are stones, are these cleanses going to eliminate them?
