Re: Day 4 and feeling FULL
I am a *regular* person and when I began doing some post-cleansing P&B shakes, after my 30 day cleanse, last fall, I could not believe how difficult it was to stay hydrated and my bowel movements dropped to one a day! That did get better as I focused on spending most of my day encouraging the shake through my intestines. I did think it was beneficial and I only worked up to 3 a day but it was not easy for me.
Totoro who also knew what she was doing relative to the P&B shakes also became dehydrated and in trouble too. I suppose if you went back far enough you could find her posts although in the end, she said she would not do them during a
Master-Cleanse again.
I still will do some more myself athough my timing this cleanse is not the best since I am going on a trip in less than a month and will do good to get my 2
Liver Flushes in and keep my hydration up in this Texas summer heat. I like the way they *mop* up the toxins so at the moment I am considering a 10 day cleanse in a few months and will add them after that. I really think this is your problem however and so backing off them will turn your problems around.
My first exposure to
The Master Cleanse was watching someone staying here do it AND the P&B shakes. She was impacted like a bunny, miserable, cranky, constipated so much I thought we may have to take her to someone to rotor-root that blockage out. She was a mess and when she finally passed the blockage, she broke the plumbing! The house was full of people and we felt sorry for her since it was not a simple plumbing fix either. Anyway, I finally meandered across the Curezone and was really happy to discover how wrong this young woman was doing the cleanse and encouraged by the other posters to give the cleanse a try myself.
I hope tomorrow will bring you relief. Good luck with your enema!
be happy, be well,
Zoe
