Re: alopecia & the MC

USPS---United States Postal Service??

If you need to read the book, you can find links to it here:

I cannot recommend the Coconut Oil and the Emu Oil enough either. I cannot put my hands on my file which described the benefits of using Emu oil on your hair but this Herbal Healer Academy link can perhaps allay any fears you have that the oil will clog your pores rather than healing and giving your follicle nutritional support.

If you are able to find some pure Goji Juice, it is a superb product with the highest antioxidant level and I also feel it is something contributing to my success in repopulating my follicles.

It will take you time and a good sense of humor to regrow your hair. You will probably have to research more about your testosterone problems. If you could find a good naturopath too who could help you develop a comprehensive health strategy which does not include steroids....

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are alternatives for example:

http://www.naturodoc.com/library/hormones/masculine.htm

Natural medicines shown to protect your testosterone levels are herbs like sarsaparilla, ginseng, saw palmetto, tribulus, yohimbe, and ashwaganda. Nutrient minerals like zinc, boron, magnesium, Vitamin C, and some tonics from Chinese and Indian medical systems are also effective. Regular exercise of the major muscles like the thighs, gluteals, or lower legs can help, too. So lower the negative factors in your life, increase these helpful ones, and you will safely improve your hormone levels and the quality of your life.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, if you are not a male, I apologize since its not so easy to know...ggg, and women also have testosterone problems and I also had a friend who was a male who needed to balance out his testosterone by using yam's cream. Of course, this is why when dealing with glandular issues, it can be important to have help. Doing the other cleanses and The Master Cleanse will optimize what you have going for you and hopefully bring you into balance so it will be easier to pinpoint deficiencies.

Hang in there though....do what you can to improve your attitude. Begin your plan and do not become discouraged even when detoxing kicks your butt. Certainly in your list too, there is much you can do to improve your life and health rather speedily. Diet...stress levels...attitude and accumulation of toxins can be dealt with. Everything else can also come together later....for now, jump on board and keep turning over those rocks until you find your solution! Let us know how it goes as more pieces of the puzzle fall into place...

I wish you the best on your healing path!!

blessings,
Zoe
