RAW milk is the most Wonderful natural food...if you must drink cow's milk. I most heartily subscribed to the notion that cow's milk is for calves etc. But, I do have ready access to Raw yogurt and raw quark , and I can tell you that there is no taste like it and it is absolute heaven with your added daily dose of flaxseed oil, which is how Hulda Clark recommends. I thoroughly go along with her. We, in New Zealand are rather spoiled (where we live ) with ready access ( only six miles away) to a 100 per cent very specialised organic farm , where they are dedicated to producing food and dairy products of the very highest quality. So go ahead my friends...there is nothing to fear from raw milk ONLY if it comes off a serious ORGANIC farm. I certainly would never trust any other milk. Very high standards need to be met and kept.
